Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders ship from our roastery in Oakland, California. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Subscription orders ship on their scheduled renewal date.

Rates: Free Economy shipping on orders of $30 or more. For orders under $30, USPS rates are calculated at checkout. Faster USPS options (Priority and Priority Express) are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days of shipping, depending on your location and the method you choose. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged, email info@eye.coffee within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy.
