Refund policy

Returns:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on coffee purchases, even if unopened.  If your coffee or filters arrive damaged, we will either provide a full refund or a replacement. Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Email info@eye.coffee with the following:

  • Order number
  • Whether the package arrived opened
  • The reason for the return or refund
  • Whether you want a replacement or refund
  • For damaged or defective items: Photos of the box, packaging, and the damaged product

Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, we will refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank.
  • Note: a $9 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping your return. Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, a $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final amount.
